Abstract

1491563 Adsorbent granules BAYER AG 16 April 1975 [19 April 1974] 15609/75 Addition to 1431686 Heading B1L Binder-free adsorbent granules comprising molecular sieve zeolite and active aluminium oxide in a weight ratio of 65:35 to 80:20 are obtained by grinding the Al 2 O 3 to a fineness such that the sieve residue on a 40Á sieve is less than 10% by weight, preferably less than 5%, mixing with zeolite, granulating the mixture in the presence of water, storing for at least 5 hours at 50 to 100‹C and activating the particles by heating in a dry gas stream at 200‹ to 500‹C.
