1490242 Filters KLOCKNER-HUMBOLDT-DEUTZ AG 3 Jan 1975 [15 Jan 1974] 181/75 Heading BID An apparatus for filtering e.g. fuel oil, comprises one or more filters 1 each comprising a casing 2, filter element 3 and a removable cover 4, and a tank 7 for collecting spilled or leaked oil, the bottom 8 of the tank being attached in a leak-proof manner to the filter casings 2 and having a drainage outlet 12. The tank may be provided with seal 10 and may be closed by lid 9 held thereon by clips 11. Valve 6 allows the filters 1 to be used independently or simultaneously.
