Изобретение относитс к области фильтровани , а именно к фильтрующим элементам дл очистки газов, преимуще венно содержащих аэрозоль, и может быть применено в химической, металлур гической и других отрасл х лромышлен- ности. Известен фильтр дл улавливани тум нов и растворимых солевых аэрозольных частиц, состо щий из корпуса, фильтрую щей насадки, расположенной на опорном каркасе, и патрубков дл ввода и вывода газа и отвода жидкости дНедостатком фильтра вл етс сложность констру1щии и невысока производительность . Известен фильтр, устанавливаемый над проемом дл входа газа, содержащи цилиндрический опорный каркас и закреп ленную на нем фильтровальную ткань в виде мешка 2. Недостатком фильтра вл етс больша трудоемкость операции по замене фильтровальной ткани и по вление не- плотностей при соединении ее с каркасом . Целью изобретени вл етс упрощение рбслуживани и повышение надежности фильтрующего элемента. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что фильтрующий элемент снабжен внешним ограничительным каркасом и желобом, расположенным в нижней части между каркасами, а фильтровальна ткань свободно размещена между каркасами и нижний край не опущен в желоб. При этом желоб заполнен жидкостью и снабжен гидрозатвором. На фиг. 1 показан фильтрующий элемент , общий вид; на фиг. 2 - разрез А-А на фиг. 1. The aim of the invention is to simplify maintenance and increase the reliability of the filter element. This goal is achieved by the fact that the filtering element is provided with an external restrictive frame and a groove located in the lower part between the frames, and the filter fabric is freely placed between the frames and the lower edge is not lowered into the groove.
