1482265 Dry shavers MATSUSHITA ELECTRIC WORKS Ltd 16 Sept 1974 [8 Oct 1973] 40177/74 Addition to 1457814 Heading B4B An outer cutting foil or blade A for a reciprocating-type electric shower comprises a first group of substantially elongated holes b separated from a second group of such holes b by ribs a of sinusoidal shape, the general inclination of the holes of one group being in a different direction from that of the holes in the other group. As shown in Fig. 3 one half of the area of the blade is covered by holes inclined in one direction while the other half of the holes are inclined in the opposite direction. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 4, the angle of inclination of the holes in each half is different.
