Abstract

1475663 Lamps assembly PRACTICAL PRODUCTS MANUFACTORY Ltd 24 Oct 1975 43777/75 Heading F4R The reflector and bulb-holder assembly of a torch comprises in stacked relationship, a plastics parabolic reflector 2 having a plurality of depending pegs 22, a metallic annular disc 3 for contacting a bulb base 63 and having perforations registering with the pegs 22, a plastics retaining ring 4 with bores to engage the pegs 22 and a bulb holder 5 removably connected to the retaining ring 4. As shown, the bulb is inserted through central apertures 23, 33 in the reflector and metallic disc 3 and the bulbholder 5 is connected to the ring 4 by a bayonet joint 44, 54. In the torch a contact member connects with the disc 3 upon depression of a button switch (Fig. 6, not shown).
