As shown supporting plates 161, 162 and dependent webs 141, 142 extend from a carrier 13 suspended from a trolley running gear running on a rail 11. Each portion has two arms 171, 172 engaging a cable. By slacking the nut 177 the member 178 may be rotated through 90‹ so that it can pass through slot 14 thus enabling 6m cable to be removed without having to remove others.
