Abstract

1469478 Permanent metal shuttering for concrete floors W SOWA and W REINSCH 2 Aug 1974 [4 Aug 1973 [3 July 1974] 34098/74 Headings E1K and E1W Metal sheeting with channels formed therealong, for use in composite concrete/metal sheeting flooring as permanent formwork, is provided with holes either exclusively in the side walls of the channels, or partly in the side walls and partly in the bases of the channels, as shown in Fig. 10. To retain concrete which passes through the holes additional metal sheets with tongues Z 1 , Z 2 or Z 3 may be fixed across the channels via the tongues, or a plastics or metal sheet may be glued, screwed, welded or riveted thereacross (Fig. 3, not shown), or a further flat or corrugated sheet (Figs. 4, 5 not shown) may be fixed under the top sheeting, or metal strips may be clipped across the channels (Figs. 6-9, not shown).
