Abstract
1465786 Junction circulators SELENIA INDUSTRIE ELETTRONICHE ASSOCIATE SpA 12 March 1974 [20 March 1973] 11040/74 Heading H1W In a ferrite junction circulator of balanced stripline form, the spacing of the outer conductors is increased abruptly to define a central (junction) zone in which the ferrite elements 2 are located. The elements 2 lie on either side of the central conductor 4 and abut the steps 3 of height h which define the central zone. The fringing field created by the steps 3 generate a capacitance C f which results in a decrease in the resonant frequency of the junction and eliminates the need for impedance transformers at the branches.
