Abstract

1458416 Two tier vehicle storage MPB-METALL-UND PARKSYSTEM-BAU GmbH 17 May 1974 [19 May 1973] 22000/74 Heading B8H Vehicle garage for storing two cars one above the other, comprises a lower vehicle storage area defined by surfaces 3, 4 downwardly inclined from an entrance 2 and an upper vehicle storage area defined by a platform 10 pivotally mounted at 9 in the rear third of the platform remote from the entrance. The platform is angled at a point 11 equivalent to its vehicle wheel base from the entrance to form an included angle of 175 degrees and is raised and lowered by hydraulic rams 12. A linkage 13, 14 maintains tho opposite sides of the platform in unison during the movement thereof.
