Abstract

1454796 Herbicidal application of thiadiazolyl ureas SCHERING AG 20 Aug 1973 [21 Sept 1972] 39289/73 Heading A5E [Also in Division C2] A herbicidal preparation comprises a compound of the formula I: wherein R 1 is a C 4-8 alkyl group and n is 1 or 2, in conjunction with a carrier. The composition may comprise other active ingredients e.g. triazines, aminotriazoles, anilides, diazines, uracils, aliphatic carboxylic acids and halogen-carboxylic acids, halogenated benzoic acids and phenyl-acetic acids, aryloxy-carboxylic acids, hydrazides, amides, nitriles, esters of such carboxylic acids, carbamic acid esters and thiocarbamic acid esters, ureas, 2, 3, 6-trichlorobenzyloxypropanol and thiocyanogen-containing agents. Reference has been directed by the comptroller to Specifications 1195672 and 1297147.
