Abstract

1451895 Sheet transfer devices J F FOSS and D M FOSS 7 Dec 1973 [16 Dec 1972] 58224/72 Heading B6E A device for opening the rings of a castellated loose-leaf binder is made from a length of wire and comprises a pair of bored members forming a central portion 16 which terminates at one end in a tapered portion 14 and at the other end in a handle 15. The central portion members assume a parallel disposition shown in their inserted state, the tapered portion 14 facilitating insertion of the device into the rings and progressive opening thereof whilst the handle 15 prevents rolling of the binder.
