Abstract

1445025 Bushing insulator ALLMANNA SVENSKA ELEKTRISKA AB 25 Oct 1974 [26 Oct 1973] 46178/74 Heading H2C In a bushing comprising an electrically insulating housing 5 surrounding a conductor 3, ah electrically insulating liquid 4 and a compressible gas container 1 are contained between the housing and the conductor. A nipple 2 which passes through an aperture 6 in end closure 7 is used to fill the container and a valve 8 is used to release excess oil as the container is filled. The container is in the form of an elongate cushion which is wrapped around the conductor.
