1441256 Knitted fabrics TBA INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS Ltd 22 Aug 1973 [25 Aug 1972] 39881/72 Heading D1K A two-ply knitted fabric has its plies knitted respectively from asbestos and non-asbestos yarn, the layers being connected by interknitting e.g. by spaced tuck stitches. The fabric may be an interlock fabric. The non- asbestos yarn may be cotton, wool or nylon. A reflective metal e.g. aluminium film may be applied to the outside of the asbestos layer.
