Abstract

1435763 Electrographic development apparatus XEROX CORP 22 May 1973 [22 May 1972] 51103/75 Divided out of 1435761 Heading G2H The Specification describes the same apparatus as that disclosed in Specification 1435761 but the claims are directed to apparatus for developing at least one electrostatic latent image, comprising a plurality of application means arranged to be selectively operative for applying toner particles to said at least one latent image to deposit thereon; means for moving each said application means from an inoperative position to an operative position relative to at least one said latent image to deposit toner particles thereon, said movement means also being adapted for moving each said application means from said operative position to an inoperative position relative to a said latent image; and bias means for resiliently urging at least one said application means from said operative position to an inoperative position thereof relative to said latent image.
