1426453 Skirtings M L M THORSMAN and B AHLSTRAND 18 Oct 1973 [19 Oct 1972] 48632/73 Heading E1B [Also in Division F2] A cover for one or more heating pipes 5 or heating electric cables mounted e.g. by clips 6 on a support such as a wall 1, comprises inner and cover strips 3, 4 of plastics, each of U- shape, the inner strip 3 having its legs 9 abut the support and having axially extending ribs 11 with edge beads 12 which are snap-fitted into grooves 16 extending along the inner corners of the cover strips. The outer surfaces of the legs 9 of the inner strip 3 are rebated to receive the legs 15 of the cover strip 4. The inner strip 3 has ventilation holes 13.
