Reservoir brushes.-In a reservoir brush for cleaning clothes, upholstery, &c., a sheet g of woven absorbent or non-absorbent fibrous material is located directly in contact with the roots of the bristles in the small chamber c between the base f of the reservoir and the upper face of the stock, in order to conduct the spirit evenly to the bristles. The perforations i in the base of the reservoir are arranged at one side, preferably the same as that on which the air-vent and filling valve b is placed, so that flow of the liquid is stopped when the brush is laid on the opposite side.
