Hollow D or T handles and end handles.-A sheet-metal handle for a cistern-pull, hand-tool, knife, screw-driver, or other article is made of two longitudinal troughlike parts joined by closing the edge of one part over a flange on the other, and is provided at one or both ends with means secured to the handle or integral therewith, whereby it may be secured to the desired article. In the form shown in Fig. 7, the handle fits in a cast socket 8 with an integral attachment plate 9. In Fig. 12, the blade of a screwdriver is shown secured between integral extensions from the handle.
