Abstract

1413168 Irrigation system J G FIGARI 16 Oct 1972 [16 Oct 1971] 47624/72 Heading A1B [Also in Division B1] In an irrigation system water passing from the dam and generating station to the irrigation canals is diverted to be treated by the addition of nitrogen under pressure, resins and powdered soil nutrients, forming nitrogen containing, resin coated bubbles with soil nutrient particles adhering to their outer surfaces, and substances for physically treating the soil. The treated water is then returned to the main water course leading to the irrigation canals or is passed directly to the irrigation canals.
