1409038 Vehicle windscreen, window, and head-lamp washing installations SWFSPEZIALFABRIK FUER AUTOZUBEHOER GUSTAV RAU GmbH 15 March 1974 [17 March 1973] 11565/74 Heading A4F A washing liquid supply pump P is connected to at least one windscreen washing nozzle D w directly and to head-lamp washing nozzles D s via an electromagnetic valve MV, the existing coil W of which has ends connected respectively to a terminal of a switch WaS controlling the pump P and a terminal of a switch LS controlling the lighting circuit AFL of the head-lamp. Thus closure of switches WaS and LS is necessary to supply liquid to the head-lamp washing nozzles D s whilst the windscreen washing nozzle or nozzles D w is supplied whenever the switch WaS is closed. The conduit LW supplying the nozzle or nozzles D w may also supply a nozzle or nozzles for washing one or more of the vehicle windows.
