Cocoa preparations.-A syrupy food preparation consists of cocoa and an invert sugar syrup which contains dextrose, and levulose together in the proportion of 35 to 65 per cent of the dry matter of the syrup. Flavourings, condiments, milk, milk products, nut meats, &c. may be added.
