Abstract
140,294. Wale, W. F. Read-, and Wale, W. r. Read-. July 14, 1919. Fluxes.-A flux, particularly for coating metals with tin or tin alloys, consists of one-half part of zinc chloride, one-eighth part of tin or a tin-lead alloy, one part of tallow or palm oil, and oneeighth part of resin dissolved in spirit. The surface to be treated is prepared by sand-blasting or pickling.
