Abstract

1391202 Warp beams; yarn feeding SPETSIALNOE KONSTRUKTORSKOE BJURO TRIKOTAZHNYKH MASHIN 16 May 1972 22867/72 Heading D1C [Also in Division G3] The rotational speed of a warp beam shaft driven from a shaft 10 is adjusted by a feed back arrangement which senses both the yarn tension and the diameter of the bobbin 12 and adjust the variable speed drive 6 using a phase sensitive device 4 and a reversible asynchronous motor 5. The position of a ring 7 which alters the transmission ratio is sensed by a sensor 13, the output of which is fed into a comparator 14 together with the output of the bobbin diameter sensor 11. The output from this comparator influences to the output from the yarn tension sensor 1 in a summator 3, the output of which is fed to a phase sensitive device 4 which can drive the motor 5 to adjust the transmission ratio.
