Abstract

1391119 Screen printing apparatus P ZIMMER 19 June 1972 [22 June 1971] 28567/72 Heading B6C Roller squeegee 17 is driven in step with cylindrical screen 1 by a hollow shaft 10 surrounding ink supply tube 7. Preferably, the roller squeegee is driven by gears 12, 14, but chains, belts or friction wheels may be substituted. Preferably the squeegee speed is the same as that of the screen, but a systematic difference may be imposed by a suitable choice of intermeshing gear wheels connecting the drive to the screen with that of the squeegee.
