Abstract

1389155 Spray carburetters FORD MOTOR CO Ltd 19 July 1973 [7 Aug 1972] 34445/73 Heading F1B A carburetter is substantially identical with Fig. 1 of Specification 1342566 but the claims are directed to positioning the throttle to a position beyond engine normal idle speed conditioning the engine for hob starting with leaner fuel/air ratio. In an alternative arrangement the invention is applied to a conventional idle system 26', Fig. 2.
