Abstract

1382624 Rotary positive-displacement machines ROBERT BOSCH GmbH 16 June 1972 [20 July 1971] 28305/72 Heading F1F In a gear pump, or motor, bearing bushes 6-9 with flanges 17-20 abutting an insert 21 to form a chamber for the gear-wheels 4, 5 are embedded in a one-piece plastics casing 1. The bushes are made of metal e.g. aluminium, and dissipate heat. Spring clips 22 may be provided to hold the flanges against the ring while the casing is being cast. Fixing lugs 25, 26 are integrant parts of the casing. Tubular members 23, 24, which serve as an inlet and an outlet, and an annulus 15 holding a seal 16 are also embedded in the casing.
