1382052 Mounting immersion heaters ASSOCIATED ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd 1 May 1972 [6 May 1971] 13548/71 Addition to 1278121 Heading H5H The immersion heater assembly of the Specification 1,278,121 is modified by using an annular sealing block 6 having radially inner and outer cylindrical surfaces and a bell shaped back plate 2 pressing it into sealing engagement with the internally threaded boss 1 of a hot water tank when plates 2 and 3 are drawn together by a bolt 4. An earthing terminal 13 and a flexible link 14 to the sheath of the heating element 7 are housed in a cover 12.
