1380929 Electromagnetic transducers MAGNEPAN Inc 22 Dec 1971 [23 Dec 1970] 36954/74 Divided out of 1380928 Heading H4J In an electromagnetic electro-acoustic transducer such as described in Specification 1,380,930 and comprising at least one flexible diaphragm, the or each diaphragm is free to vibrate and has at least one current conductor pattern secured on it. A flexible magnet arrangement is disposed in spaced relation with the or each diaphragm such that the magnetic field produced by the magnet arrangement interacts with current flowing in the or each conductor pattern to deflect the or each diaphragm normal to itself. A vented space is provided between the or each diaphragm and the flexible magnet arrangement.
