Abstract
1378990 Cathode-ray tubes HITACHI Ltd 29 Dec 1972 [30 Dec 1971] 60127/72 Heading H1D The screen of a part-deflection focusing colour television tube is coated first with aluminium and then with a layer of graphite particles having a density in the range 0À2 to 0À5 gm.cm<SP>-3</SP>. and a thickness in the range 3000 to 800Š, whereby to suppress halo due to electrons scattered from the colour selection grid without undue reduction of brightness.
