1365814 Open end spinning frames; cleaning ELITEX ZAVODY TEXTILNIHO STROJIRENSTVI GENERALNI REDITELSTVI 25 Jan 1972 [19 Feb 1971] 3407/72 Headings D1D and D1F An open end spinning machine with spinning units 5 along each side has an air extracting duct 1 along its centre to which each spinning unit 5 connects by a tube 6. The duct is defined by opposed side walls 2, a bottom wall 3 and an upper housing 4 with air outlet vents 7 directed towards upper parts of the machine. A dust filter 8 may be provided together with dust trays 12. Further vents 7 may be provided in the side walls 2, Fig. 2 (not shown) and the filters 8 may be disposed angularly in the air stream, Fig. 3 (not shown).
