1352837 Electric heaters RADIATION SUNHOUSE Ltd 29 June 1971 [25 July 1970] 36169/70 Heading H5H [Also in Division F4] An electric heater comprises upright heating elements 12 partly surrounded by, and thereby concealed from frontal view by, a radiant-heat reflector arrangement 13 including a laterally offset, forward facing portion 15b. The heater has a lamp and flicker arrangement beneath an imitation log fire effect 7 and a viewing screen 8 with a reflector 9. Each pair of upright heating elements is contained within the heat reflector 13 comprising the semi-parabolic portion 14 which conceals the elements from frontal view and a forward facing reflector portion 15 having an inner portion 15a and an outer portion 15b. Vertical guards 25 or rows of vertical glass bars in front of reflector portion 15b, protect the heating elements, which may be switched by thermostats.
