Abstract

1349209 Clocks and watches SUWA SEIKOSHA KK 31 Jan 1972 [25 Feb 1971] 4428/72 Heading G3T In an electronic timepiece having digital indications 10, 11 of the time in hours and minutes only, at least one visibly flickering display member is provided whereby the user can immediately see that the timepiece is running. Fig. 3 shows two such display members 13, 14 which are arranged to flicker with a period of one second. They may, however, be arranged to flicker alternately on and off with a period of two seconds. The time indications 10, 11 are segmental arrangements using liquid crystals or luminescent diodes.
