Abstract
1342453 Mimic diagrams HEIN Gebr 24 March 1972 [24 March 1971] 13954/72 Heading B7N [Also in Division H1] A grid structure for use in luminous mimic diagrams comprises a series of compartment walls 1, 2 intersecting each other along perpendicular axles, the ends of the walls resiliently locking with other compartment walls, and partitions 8, 9 extending between the walls 1, 2, the walls being capable of being inserted and withdrawn from both sides of the grid structure. As shown each wall 1, 2 is provided with a generally cylindrical thickened portion extending substantially the full height of the wall, the cylindrical portion defining two open cavities, and each wall having at least one end a bead engaging a cavity in another wall. The walls and partitions may have resilient tongues to retain mosaic elements, lamps, switches and other devices. They may also have part conical projections which at the intersections cooperate to form a member which may be engaged by a support bolt.
