Abstract
1337985 Locks C DUROSE W R DUROSE and K DUROSE [trading as W DUROSE & SONS] 9 July 1971 [14 July 1970] 34075/70 Heading E2A A multiple throw lever lock has a bolt 6 which is moved to a locking position by the turning of a key 8 and a plurality of levers 7 which are moved in sequence during turning of the key, one of the levers 13 having an extension 13a which is normally clear of the key but which during the first throw is moved across the key hole and engages the key to prevent its withdrawal, the lever returning to its normal position at the completion of the locking movement so that its extension is then clear of the key and allows the key to be withdrawn from the lock.
