Abstract

1334351 Milling cutters; wrenches ETABS SAFETY 23 March 1972 [25 March 1971] 13687/72 Headings B3K and B3N A milling cutter comprises a body 1 having seats 3 therein, a cutter blade 8 in each seat and a rotatable cam 10 for adjusting the blade. The blade 8, is located in a holder 4, Figs. 1, 2, clamped by a wedge 5, the blade being clamped by a further wedge 9. The wedges are each secured by a screw 6 having a right and lefthanded screw thread which engage in body 1, and in the wedge. Each of the cams is prevented from falling out of the body by a peg 13, and the cams can be rotated after the wedges have been secured, so as to adjust the blades, by a wrench (12) Fig. 3 (not shown). A cutting blade (16) Fig. 4 (not shown) can be secured in the recess (15) directly.
