Abstract

1331733 Refrigerating G MAMIYA 24 Sept 1971 [25 Sept 1970] 53704/72 Divided out of 1331732 Heading F4H The subject matter of this Specification is substantially the same as that described in Specification 1,331,732 but the claims are directed to a multi-stage absorption refrigeration apparatus employing a highly concentrated solution of refrigerant, which comprises a multistage generator-condenser system and at least a one-stage evaporator-absorber system which is provided with a pressure elevating device therebetween. The refrigerant generated from the concentrated refrigerant solution in the generator-condenser system is vaporized under low temperature and pressure conditions in the evaporator to create the refrigeration effect, subsequently increased in pressure by the pressure elevating device and then absorbed at the increased pressure in the absorber by the dilute refrigeration solution introduced thereto from the generator-condenser system.
