Abstract

1329389 Valves SWINNEY ENG Ltd 2 March 1972 9805/72 Addition to 1240937 Heading F2V The relief valve disclosed in the parent Specification 1,240,937 is modified to include an indicator ball 14 and valve spindle 9 arrangement wherein the ball falls into an annular groove 12 formed in the spindle when the said spindle moves outwards towards the transparent cover 11 to relieve the access fluid pressure in the filter chamber. The valve is able to operate normally with the ball in the groove and may do so in a horizontal or vertical position.
