1328371 Making turbulators for heat exchangers; coiling helices; twisting MIDLAND WIRE CORDAGE CO Ltd 29 June 1971 [7 July 1970] 32855/70 Headings B3A and B3E [Also in Division F4] A method of making a turbulator comprises locating a first wire core member 11 within and extending through the successive convolutions of a coil of wire 12, locating a second core wire 10 outside the coil and twisting the core wires together to displace successive convolutions of the coil into a helix about the core (Fig. 3).
