1326901 Polyether polyol mixtures IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES Ltd 2 Nov 1970 [21 Nov 1969] 57128/69 Addition to 1177636 Heading C2C [Also in Division C3] A polyether polyol mixture is obtained by the oxyalkylation of a mixture of a primary or secondary amine containing at least two active hydrogen atoms in the molecule and a simple polyhydric alcohol that is liquid at 120‹ C. In specific examples, polyether polyols of low molecular weight are prepared by reacting propylene oxide with (a) a mixture of glycerol and a commercial tolylene diamine or (b) a mixture of glycerol and a polyamine mixture obtained by the acid condensation of aniline and formaldehyde or by reacting a mixture of a commercial tolylene diamine and glycerol first with ethylene oxide then with propylene oxide.
