Abstract
1320005 Nickel-chromium alloy MARTIN MARIETTA CORP 14 July 1970 [14 July 1969] 34121/70 Heading C7A [Also in Division B3] An alloy comprising:- the balance, apart from incidental elements and impurities, being Ni in an amount of at least 36 per cent, is cast into a mould and is cooled sufficiently rapidly through the temperature range 1204 -1010 C to give maximum mechanical characteristics at 982 C and retain good characteristics at 760 C. The casting is preferably effected under vacuum.
