Abstract

1318370 X-ray examination tables TOKYO SHIBAURA ELECTRIC CO Ltd T KUROKAWA and S NISHIYAMA 8 Sept 1970 [29 Sept 1969] 42922/70 Heading H5R In the X-ray apparatus shown, a bed board 27 for a patient is supported on shafts 25, 26 for rotation about the longitudinal axis defined by those shafts, while an X-ray tube 36 and image detecting and photographing device 38 is mounted on a support frame 28 for gauged movement along the bed board, or for rotation with the bed board by rotation of the support frame 28, the complete assembly being rotatable about a horizontal shaft 21. Rotation of the bed board alone is produced by energization of a motor 48 which meshes with a gear 52 secured on the shaft 26, while combined rotation of the bed board with the X-ray tube and device 38 is produced by energization of motor 42 which meshes with a gear 46 secured to the support arm member 20.
