1316021 Rope anchorages BLOXWICH LOCK & STAMPING CO Ltd 24 March 1972 [11 May 1971] 14307/71 Addition to 1238249 Heading E2A A rope lashing anchorage comprises a ring 4 mounted to pivot about a pin 6 tangential to the ring, a central part of the pin being received in a head 7 of. a bolt 8 positioned within a gap in the ring, end portions of the pin being engaged in aligned openings in end portions of the ring on each side of the gap. The anchorage is applicable to mounting on a floor 3 of a freight container by passing the bolt 8 through a dished metal pressing 1 situated in a recess 2 of the floor and through a beam 9 or reinforcing plate 9 supporting the floor.
