Abstract

1311940 Pressurized dispensing containers TREVICO (AUST) PTY Ltd 11 Aug 1970 [9 March 1970] 38652/70 Heading FIR A pressurized dispensing container comprises a tubular body 1 having at each end a valve assembly 4 mounted in outwardly domed end members 27 and wherein the dip tubes 20, 21 project in opposite directions. A refillable container of metal or plastics is shown in which the dip tube 21 projects into the container to a level determined by the desired quantity of fluid to be admitted; a removably mountable press button 16 is also provided. Different valve constructions may be fitted to the container to allow for differing spray patterns at each end or for use with different filling valves of different cigarette lighters. The dip tube 21 may alternatively be extended to the upper end wall. A method of filling and refilling the container is also described. In a second embodiment Fig. 2 (not shown) a division wall (22) is provided giving two separate non-refillable containers.
