1311452 Plugs for sinks etc McALPINE CO Ltd and J E McALPINE 29 Dec 1971 [6 Jan 1971] 536/71 Heading A4N A closure plug for the drainage outlet of a sink etc is formed of rigid plastics material such as acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene and has an annular recess in an annular skirt portion 11 in which is fitted a resilient sealing ring (e.g. of synthetic or natural rubber), which ring ensures a tight joint with the drainage outlet into which the plug is fitted, and prevents the plug from working loose. The top surface 10 of the plug may be slightly convex.
