1307931 Filters WHITE EAGLE LODGE Ltd 19 April 1971 [27 Jan 1970] 3913/70 Heading G2J [Also in Division F4] A healing lamp comprises a housing 6 on which is mounted a filter 3 comprising at least one transparent or semitransparent gem 4, means 1 for producing a beam of light within the housing, a lens-condenser system 2 and a focusing lens 5. Examples of suitable gems are given as quartz, amber, rose-quartz, citrine, chrysoprase and aquamarine, the gem being stuck in a holder mounted in position on the housing by, for example, magnetic means. The filter mounting may be adjustable. The source of light may be an arc lamp, a discharge lamp, a filament lamp or even natural sunlight. The whole housing may be mounted on a tripod.
