Shock of landing, deadening; land wheels, runners, and skids.-A landing-carriage for aeroplanes comprises pairs of wheels mounted on axles 36, 37 which are connected to the carriage by elastic bands 40, 41 and triangular braces 44, 44<1> attached to the carriage by rocking beams 45. The lower member 31 of the carriage is connected by members 29, 33, 34, 35 to the fuselage. In a machine having two fuselages, a carriage as described above is provided under each fuselage. Specification 14157/15 is referred to.
