1303621 Radio transmitting systems; aerials MESSERSCHMITT - BOLKOW - BLOHM GmbH 24 June 1964 [11 July 1963] 26218/64 Headings H4A and H4L In a radio directive system, the longwave aerials 50-55 are each energized from the receivers 70-75. The latter are energized by the U.H.F. or V.H.F. transmitter 40, being situated in the lobe 42 of the antenna 40a. The aerials 50-55 may be mounted on separate helicopters or marine craft. The arrangement may be used for jamming. The directivity pattern of the aerials 50-55 corresponds with the radiation axis 80 of antenna 40a.
