1302722 Precipitated casein; dried food mixes UNILEVER Ltd 7 June 1971 [9 June 1970] 27747/70 Heading A2B [Also in Division C3] A dried modified casein product is obtained by co-precipitating casein, fat and heat-denatured beta-lactoglobulin from milk of fat content not less than 2% by wt and a spray-or freeze-drying the precipitated material in the form of an aqueous solution or suspension containing an emulsifying agent. The product may be used to make dried food mixes, e.g. the Indian dish Rasogolla.
