1300314 Semi-conductor devices WESTINGHOUSE BRAKE ENGLISH ELECTRIC SEMI-CONDUCTORS Ltd 11 May 1971 [3 Aug 1970] 37300/70 Addition to 1200713 Heading H1K A mounting for a semi-conductor device is similar to that of 1,200,713, and has in addition locating means 104 attached to the spacer portions 10 for locating the "hockey puck" semiconductor device 1. The means 104 may take the form of four pads of rubber material into which the device 1 "snaps", the pads being held in position by spigot portions 106 fitting into apertures 107 in the spacer portions 10. A stack of belleville washers 12, which surround an electrode 20 and insulating tube 16, may be used to provide a pressurized contact between 20 and device contact 5, and between device contact 6 and a heat sink (not shown).
