129,938. Allwright, H., and Allwright, H. W. Feb. 14, 1919. Foot-cycles.-A trolly for a child is adapted to be propelled by the rider by a hand-operated rotary-crank gear. The front of the platform b is fitted with a rectangular framework a carrying an upper crank-axle c and the axle f of front road wheels g, the axle c being geared to the wheels g by side wheels e and connecting-rods h. For steering purposes, the axle carrying the rear wheels is centrally pivoted to the platform, and is connected at its ends to chains or cords which are crossed beneath the platform and then carried up through holes therein to a steering-bar.
