Abstract

1298516 Weighing apparatus ELBA-WERK ETTLINGER BAUMASCHINEN-UND HEBEZEUGFABRIK GmbH 27 Feb 1970 [28 Feb 1969] 9695/70 Heading G1W [Also in Division B1] A mobile concrete mixing plant has a frame 1,4,17,19 carrying a winch 6 for a scraper shovel (not depicted) supplying aggregate to a shoot 3 feeding a weighing skip-hoist 10 guided on rails 11,11' from a loading and weighing position I to a discharging position II corresponding to the lower, loading position III of a hoist mixer 5 guided on rails 16,16'. The lower end of the rails 11,11' forms scales having an indicator 12. Cement is supplied by a weighing device 14,14' and water by a meter 15. A motor 21 is geared to a drum 24 for the hoist mixer operating cable 28; drum 24 is fast to a shaft 25 which also carries drums 26,26' to which are attached the ends of a cable 27 which raises the skip 10. The mixer 5 reaches the lower position III before the skip-hoist 10 has reached its upper position II, so that the cable 28 continues to be wound off the drum 24, the slack being taken up by a spring-loaded jockey roller 29. The apparatus is mounted on a single transport axle (not depicted) between the legs 2.
